Ashtanga Vinyasa Rishikesh is offering 15-days advanced intensive course which covers huge level of practice and study of traditional art which is developed and discovered in the past in prehistoric India. The topics in this course are virtually similar to other available courses. However, we have added some new concepts in order to help you develop in this fast learning approach.

We have been covering several parts of spirituality in this session, which include Pranayama, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Power Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. You can learn how to perform these poses properly within short time. The cleansing and yoga therapy will also be covered in this part. Our deep meditation session will help you deal with common ailments and make way to stay fresh and active.

We are used to sleep late and rise late every morning in this fast-paced world. So, we will teach you how to reach enlightenment and help you make it a habit to wake up early and sleep early. Our meditation session starts at sharp 6 am and time of dinner is fixed at 9 pm. Your diet will include Ayurvedic meals and herbal tea on your training to drink and eat only natural.
